Business Photo Session Pricing

Option 1: $350 | 2 Hour Session

Session Fee ($350): This fee covers the entire 2-hour session, including the photographer’s time, travel, setup, teardown, and the expertise required for each shot. The session fee is fixed and does not include photo editing. It applies regardless of the number of images taken, providing flexibility for the client.

Photo Editing Fee: Photo editing is not included in the session fee. Editing is available at $20 per image, allowing clients to customize which images they would like professionally enhanced.

Image Selection and Editing ($20 per image): After the shoot, the client receives a gallery or proof sheet with a selection of unedited photos. They can then choose which images they’d like to have fully edited.

Editing Process: Each selected image is meticulously edited to enhance lighting, colors, and clarity, ensuring a polished, professional look.

Custom Edits: Gate Drop Productions will also make minor adjustments (e.g., removing blemishes on surfaces, adjusting brightness in specific areas) to ensure the final images reflect the business vision precisely.

Option 2: $450 | 3 Hour Session

Video Session Pricing

Video Production: $50 per hour

What’s Included:
This hourly production rate covers the entire video creation process—from filming to editing to delivery of the final product. It includes:

• On-site filming (including drone footage)
   

• Travel, setup, and teardown
   

• Access to unedited, reviewable video clips
   

• Professional editing and post-production
   

• Final delivery of polished video content tailored for platforms like YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram
   

Video Editing & Revisions:
After filming, clients receive a gallery of raw video clips to review. They can select the clips they’d like to have professionally edited and compiled.

• Editing Time: Billed at $50 per hour, based on the time required to edit the selected content into a final product.
   

• Revisions: Any post-delivery revisions are also billed at $50 per hour, allowing flexibility to fine-tune the final result according to client feedback.
   

Editing Process:
Each chosen clip is professionally edited to enhance visuals—improving lighting, color balance, and clarity. The final product is polished and optimized for the intended platform and audience.

Custom Touches:
Gate Drop Productions also performs minor adjustments upon request, such as removing distractions, refining visual details, and emphasizing key moments, to ensure the video fully aligns with the client’s vision.

Graphic Design

Graphic Design $30 per hour

• Graphic Design Services
  This fee covers the full scope of the project, including the graphic designer’s time, travel, setup, and professional expertise. All design work is done using Adobe Photoshop to ensure high-quality, industry-standard results.

The session fee also includes unlimited design revisions, allowing for flexibility and collaboration until the final product meets your vision.
